Brown + Wallace have recently undertaken a Quinquennial Survey of the “A” listed Anchor Mill building in Paisley on behalf of Ross and Liddell.
The property is “A” listed due to its National importance having previously been operated as a domestic finishing mill. It presently provides a combination of domestic properties and business space. A highlight of the property is an exceptional open atrium from the first to fifth floor.
Our survey provided a full Maintenance Report of all common areas and the first floor office space. The report allows our Client to plan future budgets and repair schemes.
